Change Your Vibrations into High Frequency
In my previous article on Energy, we had stamped upon its meaning and levels. I am going to write here a few points on Raising your energy and vibrations high naturally. As we know, A force that is behind everything, behind life, behind thought, behind emotion, behind the wind, etc. is kind of a force and is considered to be an energy. Though it can not be seen this is something that you feel everywhere and in everything.
Going further, a vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing. Shortly known as “vibes” is intuitive—you can tell a person’s energy when they walk into a room, for example. While some people draw your attention closer others make you want to keep your distance from them. You get vibes either heavy or light based on your gut & vibes. You see a pet cuddling with a child, and you suddenly feel all mankind.
When you are vibrating at a higher level, you feel lighter, happier, and more at ease, whereas lower vibrations feel heavy, dark, and confused. Almost all spiritual traditions point the way toward higher realms of consciousness. When you raise your energy into a high vibration and shift to a higher frequency, this brings you new possibilities in your life. How are you vibrating right now? By following these ways, you can help raise your vibration frequency.
- Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to tune yourself into high vibration. Try it right now-Think about something. Turn your attention to what you are thankful for in this moment (there is always something). Make gratitude a habit, and it will transform your outlook on life as you start to experience a spiritual awareness and appreciation for the little things.
- Generosity Whenever you get stingy or greedy with anything (love, attention, money), it lowers your vibration. In fact, anytime you attach your happiness to something outside of yourself, it leaves you feeling the opposite of how you want to feel. The cure is to be Generous. Whatever you want more of in your life, offer it out to someone or something else. Feeling poor? Give a little money to charity. Feeling lonely? Make an effort to spend time with someone else who is alone out there. Avoid critics? Start complimenting others, everyone has something good in there.
- Love Remember someone who is close to your heart. Visualize him or her sitting in front of you and notice how you feel. A feeling of expansion, lightness, and happiness will take over your emotions high into love, and that right there is the shift you are looking for. This is one of the highest vibrating states, where you tune into.
- Get creative Switch from your right brain to your left brain by creating something. Paint, Draw, invent. Have fun with an activity you love doing most. It can help you feel better, make you smile, and make you light.
- Spend time in nature Visit a park or a walk in nature positively affects your brain, raising your vibration, and the extra oxygen will energize you, calm you, and help you connect to the Universal energy.
- Meditation - and Break work Calm your nervous system and improve your mood. It brings you the feelings of peace. A high-vibe qualities that will benefit your state of mind and soul. This spiritual practice helps to raise your vibration level fast so that you can enjoy life's benefits without worries.
- Compliment someone - Saying something nice to someone without expecting anything in return shifts your vibration from “I want” to “I appreciate.” Being kind automatically raises your vibration. Don't suppress your heart with the contradictory thoughts of your mind.
- Forgiveness - If you can work toward forgiveness, you will release yourself of this lower energy instantly that can weigh on you like a bowling ball, and up the scale, you will go. It is said, "Forgiveness and gentleness are the qualities of the self-possessed". They represent eternal virtue.
- Move and Stretch - go for a walk & get your blood pumping. Sitting in one position for a long time, we begin to stiffen up and slow down our energy flow. Raise your hands above your head, work out the kinks, and watch your energy increase.
- Eat high-fiber food - If you eat a lot of dead energy (in the form of meat, fried, or processed food), your vibration gets low. Eating nutrient-rich foods, like local and organic fruits and vegetables which your body literally absorbs, makes you more light, vibrant, and alive. Eliminating toxins from your body would be a good place to start.
- Indulge yourself -In playfulness Watch a movie, Build a sandcastle, Blow some bubbles, Skipping, Dancing, listen to Music in the fresh air, Play on a swing, and Climbing a tree Give your mind a break from work while also improving your overall physical balance. It is a great way to deal with over-stimulation, post-traumatic syndrome, and many more. Raising your vibration is about doing things that you enjoy. It's about allowing the child in you to come out and play. Get yourself into these activities and be a kid again.
- Take a nap - Lack of sleep can lower your vibrational level quickly. It can make you grumpy, irritable, and impatient. A quick nap can quickly shift up the vibrational frequency so that you're more aligned with your dreams.
- Drink vibrational water Surprisingly, we can change the frequency of the water you drink. For example, you can shift your water to the frequency of love, by writing the word love on a piece of paper and placing the paper under your glass of water. The crystalline structure of the water may change to the frequency of love. When you drink the water, you will be drinking the vibrational frequency of love. Blue and light violet color glass or bottle is highly recommended to raise your frequency instantly.
- Hug your loved one - Hugs get Oxycontin flowing in your body. Hugs not only calm your nervous system but also lower your stress levels and boost your immune system. It also improves your heart health and makes you feel better.
- Surround yourself with positives - It plays a major role in bringing you into high vibes. What you think about, creates your future. If the thoughts are pessimistic, overtly anxious, or in any way negative, you will likely find what you are looking for. Just as gratitude draws more of the same into your life. This negative energy can leave you feeling heavy and burdened. Also, try to surround yourself with people who lift you up. Spend time only with people who make you feel better about yourself, people who believe in you, and are interested in resonating at a high frequency just like you are.
When you raise your vibration, you align with universal energy. Channeling your efforts into raising your energetic frequency is one of the best gifts you can ever give to the world and lifts yourself up and others with you. This is a good to contribute to raising the collective consciousness of the world.
