The Creative force steering the ship at Food, Mood & Soul
Greetings! I’m Shikha Shrivastava, the creative mind behind Food, Mood & Soul and a dedicated entrepreneur in Real Estate and Consulting Services. Passionate about crafting content that inspires and explores spiritual dimensions, I aim to guide others on a journey toward mindfulness and fulfillment. My foundation in Psychology, with four years of focused study, laid the groundwork for a decade of success in the corporate world before I embarked on a transformative move to Europe in 2016. Since then, Germany has become my stage for personal and professional growth, marking the beginning of an incredible odyssey.
Starting anew in a foreign land came with its challenges—navigating an unfamiliar language and embracing student life once more was both daunting and invigorating. Immersing myself in the rhythm of a dynamic city and forming connections with people from diverse cultures led to a profound rediscovery of spirituality, ancient wisdom, and new traditions. These experiences reshaped my worldview in the most meaningful ways.
The journey was far from easy; its lessons were often demanding, yet it unfolded into a rich and rewarding panorama. I can no longer imagine a life that isn’t rooted in authenticity and purpose. Each day fills me with joy, inspiration, and a zest for life I hadn’t known before. Writing, my lifelong passion, has always been my way of contributing positively to society. Through my words, I aim to inspire, and my fascination with human physiology adds depth to my creative pursuits.
Outside of writing, I find immense joy in the culinary arts, exploring flavors from around the globe. When I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll likely find me in nature, engrossed in a captivating book.
I’m always eager to connect, share insights, and build meaningful relationships. Feel free to reach out through my contact box—I’d love to hear from you!
