Follow your intution

 Follow Your Intuition

"Your Intuition is the physical reaction that indicates a little world inside of you."

When you experience an overwhelming feeling in your subconscious, which your body is carrying out to a primal response called "Gut feeling". The ultimate purpose of your gut instinct is to protect you. Our gut instinct is the most ancient and primal source of the universe and is also known as the “sixth sense”. This is an important feeling on which, you can rely the most.

To understand your own gut feeling, simply put your body like a television screen on which your subconscious transmits the information. When you learn to read your body, you can accurately tune into your gut instinct. Do not get confused with Gut instinct and Intuition. Though they are interconnected, they aren’t the same. Gut Instinct is your primal wisdom & Intuition is your spiritual wisdom. We need both for our spiritual path as it determines courage and intelligence. So, never ignore these signs when you’ve experienced a Gut Instinct.

Follow Your Intuition

  • A sudden feeling of fear
  • A strong urge to do something
  • Full-body chills, goosebumps, or “tingles” up the spine
  • Nausea or physical uneasiness
  • A sudden feeling of being “High Alert”
  • A clear and firm voice within you, instructing you to do or don't do something
Follow Your Intuition

You might have experienced any or all of these signs at once in your lifetime. The mind can easily make us fool, especially when it comes to recognizing our instinct. So, don't get confused by considering it a fear. However, you can always feel it within your body. For example, when you’re scared or excited, you are likely to get clammy hands, butterflies in your stomach, and an increase in heart rate. Similarly, when we experience a gut instinct, we also receive physical sensations. Gut instincts are mostly spontaneous & they arise out of the blue. There is never a pre-set time to build up these instincts in our brain. Of course, you must judge, but there are some situations in life where your gut instincts shine the most. So, whenever you get the most nagging sensations, please pay attention to the following ones:

1. Sensing some danger

Your gut instincts reflect what your subconscious mind already knows. Although you may not be able to sense the exact danger, you start feeling it for yourself or for someone, who is close to you. Listen to this inner warning. You might just prevent any small or big incident, about to happen.

2. About having the right choice

If you ever get a strong and clear feeling about not doing anything right, pay attention. There is no moral or logical reason why you should be feeling that way, Don't ignore your guts & pay attention.

3. Something wrong with my body & I need help

Your gut instincts never lie about the state of your health. If you feel a sudden & strong desire to see a doctor, don't linger around. Your gut instinct doesn’t only warn you of danger but also helps you to preserve your emotional well-being. If you receive a strong sensation that you need help (physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually), seek it out immediately.

4. "This is it!" kind of feeling

When the perfect life calling, whether it's a spiritual path, job, house, or maybe any decision, your gut instinct will immediately notify you. If you feel strongly about something don’t ignore it! This is one of the most important reasons why you should listen to your gut instinct. It could be the difference between making a life-fulfilling choice and a soul-starving decision.

5. I need to help them

It mostly happens with an empath or healer. At some point in their lives, they start getting an overwhelming desire to help someone in need. There may not be any rational reason why. The needy person may appear to be perfectly fine on the surface, but an empath starts feeling others' pain & try to reach them to offer them help. This might make needy people feel vulnerable or uncomfortable, but they always try to make needy people feel special, and this is their most special potential to save lives. Have you ever wondered, how come you meet this certain person in the worst situation of your life, and start feeling better after getting to know them? Well, you have already got an answer.

Follow Your Intuition

As long as you’re able to make a difference between the fear and the feelings of your gut instinct, it is safe to trust your gut. Trusting your instincts is indeed a valuable life skill and it tremendously helps you on the spiritual path. After all, this instinct is built into our DNA, so make the most use of it. Have you ever been in a situation where you were helped or saved by your gut instinct?  Then, I would love to hear from you. Please share your story with me.

Making the Leap: Switching from Job to Business in Germany

Making the Leap:  Switching from Job to Business in Germany Making the leap from a stable job to running your own business in Germany is exciting — and a little daunting. Beyond the new freedom and responsibility, there are practical, legal, and financial changes that can surprise even the most prepared founders.  A few years ago, I made the big leap — I left my full-time job and started my own business in Germany.  Since then, I’ve not only learned a lot through my own journey but have also had the privilege of supporting many individuals as they launched their own startups. One thing I always tell my clients is this: discipline is the main thing that drives success .  Yes, strategy, networking, and creativity matter — but without consistent daily effort, it’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed. Discipline keeps you moving forward, even when things are uncertain or slow. In my experience, the entrepreneurs who stick to their routines, prioritize their goals, a...

From Paying Rent to Building Roots: The Erlangen Family Dream

Why Families in Erlangen Should Buy a Home Instead of Paying High  As I closed the deal on another house, I came across a fascinating client journey. This client had been living in Erlangen for the past 13 years and finally decided it was time to buy a property. His experiences, struggles, and learnings inspired me to share why owning a piece of the place you’ve called home for years can be so meaningful. PC: Kathi If you’ve ever spent a sunny afternoon strolling through the Schlossgarten , enjoyed ice cream by the Regnitz , or watched your kids play under the chestnut trees of Bürgermeistersteg , you know — Erlangen isn’t just a city, it’s a feeling. It’s that special mix of Bavarian charm and modern innovation that makes people fall in love and want to stay forever . But for many families, rising rents make that dream harder to hold onto. So instead of pouring more money into rent, maybe it’s time to think differently — to build something lasting right here in the city you alr...

House Remodeling: No bliss in Ignorance

Remodeling: No bliss in Ignorance  So, you've found your dream property in Germany and are ready to take the next steps to bring your vision to life—exciting times ahead! First of all, Congratulations! Finalizing a property purchase in Germany is no small feat. Anyone who has gone through the process can certainly relate—the tight appointment schedules, endless questions about the property, language barriers, and navigating the complex buying process, including reading through countless contracts and insurance policies, can be overwhelming. From what I’ve seen and heard, the real journey doesn’t start with buying the property—it begins the moment you have the keys in your hands. Yes, I’m talking about transforming a pre-owned property into a space that truly reflects your vision and personality. A wise person once said that we learn more from our mistakes than from our victories. This couldn’t be more true when it comes to renovations in Germany. Relying solely on others' st...
