Method

1) Cut all veggies into medium dice, if you wish you can cut carrot into vertical slice.

2) Heat oil in a large frying pan on high heat and once the oil is hot, add sliced onions and chopped garlic. Now saute until the onions have softened.

3) Once the Onions are softened, put chilli sauce, and vinegar and stir fry for two minutes.

4) Now add the Bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms, salt and pepper powder to taste. Now saute it on high flame until cooked crisp. Stirring on high heat, help the vegetables cook faster and also retain the color and crispness.

5) To prepare sauce for sizzler, heat a sauce pan & add oil. Once its hot, put ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce & tomato sauce. Now bring it to a boil.

6)  Mix cornflour powder & water in a separate bowl. Put this cornflour-water mix  to thickens the sauce.

7) Now heat the iron plate & place the cabbage leaf cover on it. Place all the cooked veggies on it. You can  also club it with nice fried rice or noodles.

 8)  Add some french fries with chilli flakes to give it a twist.

9) Pour the sauce on top of the Vegetarian Sizzler and serve immediately.

10) Don't forget to Garnish it with spring onion or coriander.
