JUST DO IT!

Yes, you got me Right! Today it's all about Setting a goal and keeping yourself motivated toward them. A goal is a big step toward improving your life. It may be anything from learning a new skill or searching for a new job. Perhaps achieving a new level of physical fitness or Look.

The accomplishment of the desired goal is always challenging, especially on those days when motivation wanes. My words can hit you hard if you are on the losing side and getting comfortable at your own pace.

It is allowed to lose motivation from time to time but getting back on track is the real rich. If this is what you are currently struggling with, then trying one of these science-backed strategies may get you back on track toward your goal.

1. Circle your Goal: We humans tend to shine more under pressure. Set a target date of your goal and put on the place from it can be seen mostly. This target date will keep you motivated and you can always track your progress.
2. Accept Downfalls: It feels great to be upbeat and motivated but never forget Not every day will go exactly as planned and let's accept it honestly. Life happens. The only thing which may keep you to the beat is alternative solutions for the obstacles. So create a solution to handle your obstacle.
3. Celebrate your little Win: Rewards can actually boost your morale and peek your motivation. Don't forget to count your steps from the far you have come. Take a short break from your goal routine and enjoy the world outside. Rewarding yourself and lifting some mood-lifting activities for this small win will actually boost you for your big goal.

JUST DO IT!

4. The Novelty Effects: A short-term change in environment can give you a fast kick to keep your motivation up for your goal. Try to switch up the regular routine of your goal and try a new way to keep it up in a new excited and creative way.
5. Practice Gratitude: Certainly you are the only one who puts in the work to achieve your goals. But remember when you set a goal it also affects the surroundings and people. So don't skip expressing your gratitude to your great motivator and peer pressure.  Many studies show that a goal can be achieved faster than usual when done in a team.
6. Alter your Ego: We are the only one who puts limits on ourselves due to our upbringings and beliefs. It's very important to try new strategies, methods, and beliefs to keep us motivated. It makes our journey towards your goal more interesting because of our new learnings. Connecting with the mentors, and people around you and exchanging ideas and opinions about their goals will keep you also motivated toward your goals.
7. Don't forget the Reason: Last but not least the main point, in my opinion, is never forget Why is this goal important to you? Don't give up until you get to your ultimate “why”—the core value that’s driving your goal. You can set an alarm every morning to remind yourself about your goal and also to spend one or two minutes visualizing what success would look like from this goal.

I believe a goal can define the purpose in life and motivate us to do the right things to be successful which is actually a dream and a right of every human. So, let's not give up on our dreams and rights!
