As I entered Club 40s, I was totally overwhelmed by certain aspects of life including aging. Well, it's impossible to stay young forever, but there are certain habits that can promote overall health and well-being, potentially helping you look and feel younger for longer. Some of them are actually our regular habits that can contribute to a healthier and more youthful life.
