From Pain to Peace : A Spiritual Insight

What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You:  As we move through seasons of change, many of us notice discomfort or pain in our bodies. But it isn’t always the shifting weather that causes this unease—often, it’s our body’s way of urging us to look inward and begin healing from within. Our bodies are more than physical vessels—they’re messengers. When discomfort or illness shows up, it’s not only a signal to care for our physical health but also an invitation to look inward at the spiritual and emotional layers of our being. By tuning into these messages, we can nurture deep healing that aligns body, mind, and spirit.  PC: Phat Truong I’ve walked this path myself—believing for years that every ache or imbalance was just part of a passing season, rushing to the doctor like everyone else. But through my journey, I’ve discovered deeper truths, learned to listen to my body, and embraced healing from within. Penne Pasta With White Sauce one of my favorite recipe which is very close to my heart. Pasta is part of a good diet – it provides energy and goes great  when added with other healthy veggies. It keeps you fuller longer and the ingredients are easily available. Indeed it's a good choice for a ideal meal.

Cuisine: Italian Recipes
Course:  Lunch/Dinner
Diet: Vegetarian

Penne Pasta With White Sauce
Ingredients for Pasta:
1 cup Penne pasta
1 teaspoon cooking Oil
Salt ,to taste

For White sauce:
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon  All purpose flour
1-1/2 cup Milk full cream
2 tablespoon Cheddar cheese , grated
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Italian seasoning , to taste
Red Chilli flakes , to taste ( if you like spicy)
Salt , to taste

Other ingredients:
3/4 cup Sweet corn
1 cup Broccoli , cut to florets
1 Red Bell pepper , diced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper , diced
1 big clove garlic
1 onion
Salt ,to taste

Method
  • To prepare Penne Pasta In White Sauce Recipe, heat enough water in a large pan , add salt and oil to it. Once the water boils add pasta and cook it uncovered until it's soft. Keep stirring in between.
  • Strain the cooked pasta  and reserve 1 cup of the water in which the pasta is cooked. (this starchy water will be used further to thin the sauce)
  • In a sauce pan melt butter on a low flame and add all purpose flour to it. Roast the flour well for about a minute. do not let it turn red.
  • Add 1/2 cup of  full cream milk slowly, as you stir the flour continuously so that it blends well with the milk without forming lumps.
  • Now stir in remaining milk and allow the sauce to boil and thicken. Season it with seasoning, black pepper powder, salt and chilly flakes. (be careful while adding salt as veggies and pasta also have salt).
  • Lastly add grated cheese, mix well and cook for a while and put off the flame. The white sauce is ready. If the sauce appears lumpy and thick, add hot water( we reserved in step 1 ) to thin it. Allow the sauce to simmer until desired consistency is reached.
  • Meanwhile heat oil in another pan and add  garlic, onion for one minute. Now add the boiled sweet corn kernels and other veggies and saute for 1-2 minutes. Season the veggies with salt and black paper . Add the boiled pasta & fry it till a more minute.Do not over cook the bell peppers and broccoli. Veggies give a nice crunch to the creamy pasta.
  • Add the white sauce and stir well. Garnish with basil or spring onion leaves.Serve Penne Pasta in White Sauce immediately.
