From Vacation to Income

Investing in Holiday Homes Abroad: A Passive Income Have you ever dreamed of owning a sunny beach house in Spain or a cozy villa in the hills of Tuscany? What if I told you that a dream could also make you money, without you lifting a finger, most of the year? Investing in a holiday property outside of your residence country is more than just a cool lifestyle flex — it can be a seriously smart way to earn passive income . Whether you’re looking to grow your wealth or just want a beautiful escape that pays for itself, here’s why this idea is catching fire with smart investors. 1. Hot Spots = Hot Income Touristy places like the Algarve, the Greek islands, or the Costa del Sol remain packed, and travelers happily pay for charming vacation stays. While fixed rentals bring steady returns, holiday homes abroad can earn 2–3x more thanks to Airbnb-style bookings. Think 8–12% annual returns without much effort. Not bad, right? 2. What’s in Your Cup?

 What’s in Your Cup?

As an entrepreneur, I get many opportunities to encounter a diverse array of people, each with unique perspectives, experiences, and reactions to the actions of others. People often ask me why I don’t respond to unpleasant actions in the same way often.  know that these individuals are shaped by their experiences and the actions of others, and they often need healing from their hurt. Hurting them further won’t help anyone. I’ve learned this from a wonderful analogy that carries an important lesson, which I’d like to share.

What’s in Your Cup?

Imagine you're holding a cup of coffee. Someone bumps into you, causing you to spill the coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into me!" you might say. But that's not entirely true. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. If there had been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Similarly, when life or people shakes you whatever is inside you will emerge. Of course, It's easy to maintain a facade until you're tested. But how you respond is never determined by others' actions. Actually, it is triggered from within.

So, we must ask ourselves: “What’s in my cup?” When life gets tough, what spills over? Is it joy, gratitude, peace, and humility? Or is it anger, bitterness, a victim mentality, and a tendency to give up?

Life provides the cup, but you choose how to fill it. Today, let’s strive to fill our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy,  and positive affirmations.

We all have a limited time on this earth. Let’s focus on bringing out the best in others and supporting them on their journey. Our thoughts can create the change we wish to see in the world. If this small write-up has touched your heart, share it with others. It is necessary to heal in order not to be hurt.
