Delaying decisions or actions can lead to missed chances and regret. Embrace the present, for it is fleeting and won't pause for anyone.
  • "Take good care of yourself" means prioritizing your physical, mental, and emotional health. It emphasizes the necessity of self-care practices like eating well, exercising, resting, and managing stress. By maintaining your well-being, you build resilience and strength to face life's challenges. This rule is vital for leading a balanced and fulfilling life.
  • "Work on your dreams; otherwise, someone else will hire you to build theirs" means that if you don't pursue your own goals, you'll end up working to fulfill someone else's ambitions.
