From Pain to Peace : A Spiritual Insight

What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You:  As we move through seasons of change, many of us notice discomfort or pain in our bodies. But it isn’t always the shifting weather that causes this unease—often, it’s our body’s way of urging us to look inward and begin healing from within. Our bodies are more than physical vessels—they’re messengers. When discomfort or illness shows up, it’s not only a signal to care for our physical health but also an invitation to look inward at the spiritual and emotional layers of our being. By tuning into these messages, we can nurture deep healing that aligns body, mind, and spirit.  PC: Phat Truong I’ve walked this path myself—believing for years that every ache or imbalance was just part of a passing season, rushing to the doctor like everyone else. But through my journey, I’ve discovered deeper truths, learned to listen to my body, and embraced healing from within. Today, with gratitude, I share these insights so that they may support your journ...

Shoot A Star this Week

"A Shooting star is another name for a meteoroid that burns up as it passes through the Earth’s atmosphere. So, a shooting star isn’t a star at all."

These can be bright, and leave a streak in the sky that can last for more than a minute. Some are so large they even make crackling noises as they pass through the atmosphere.

Some cultures have a different & strong beliefs and superstitions in the meaning of shooting stars. Traditionally shooting stars can also meant a new birth and changes in ones life and also a wish for a better life. It also a symbol of a brief fleeting moment which can be consider of ones ultimate destiny. In many cultures, it is said that this bring Good Luck, A change or big event is coming towards your life, it can also be a symbol of endings. Shooting stars are actually one of the most diverse omens we have throughout our history. In Greek & many places in Europe still it's considered to be an excellent opportunity to grant one’s wishes with the guarantee that the gods would hear them.

This year April is one of the specific month for stargazing of the entire year, and this month is blessed with some stunning sights with many shooting stars. It's likely to be one of 2020’s best. It’s also International Dark Sky Week (April 19-26), when super-bright Venus will be visible in the western sky right after sunset, but wait until about 9 p.m. to go out stargazing—that’s when it gets properly dark enough for … shooting stars!

Thursday, April 23, 2020: New Moon

You might see this new moon like a the point this time. Since it’s New Moon—when our satellite is close to the sun—we usually don’t see it, and nor does its reflected light trouble our night skies. That means it’s as dark as it gets, so it’s April’s best “stargazing window.” So, This is a great news for night sky watchers and it's also worth getting out tonight to look for shooting stars since the Lyrid meteor shower tends to have a long peak.

Saturday, April 25, 2020: A crescent Moon between clusters

Look west after sunset and you’ll see a slim waxing crescent moon perfectly placed between two of the night sky’s most spectacular sights—the Hyades and Pleiades open star clusters. Note " the rosy red giant star" Aldebaran close to the Hyades. It’s the eye of Taurus (the bull).

Sunday, April 26, 2020: A waxing crescent moon & Venus

After crossing into the constellation of Taurus, the waxing crescent moon will shine close to the ultra-bright planet Venus. Look southwest after sunset.

So, find a place with as big a view of the night sky as possible, and if you are able to look generally towards the eastern night sky. You could see about 20 shooting stars per hour with just your own wide eyes (if you have binoculars or a telescope, Keep them ready with you to make sure you don't miss any shooting stars). Try if you lucky enough to see 6 of them, because 6 is the number of harmony and union. Six symbolize luck, love, the divine Power and denotes the Third eye, the sixth sense. In general this seems to me like a very positive sign coming from Universe. Big change, Luck, Union of polarity.

Wishing you all Good luck with clear skies and wide eyes. Happy Stargazing!
