Recipe: Mushroom Fried Rice Mushroom fried rice is one of the quick stir-fried rice dish, especially when you have a rush hour to cook a meal. It’s incredibly tasty and one of my favorite kind of a comfort rice dish. This mushroom fried rice is made with long grain basmati rice, mushrooms and topped with Spring onion.
