Recipe: Cheese Masala Macaroni
This classic recipe of cheese masala macaroni is an unusual version of the traditional recipe. With a strong hit of garlic, few spices, healthy veggies and cheese, makes this dish very aromatic and tasteful and considered as an epitome comfort food by many kids and adults. Once you try this recipe, you will fall for its simplicity and deliciousness. Serving this cheese masala macaroni along with some warm garlic bread makes it a perfect meal.Ingredients
- 3 Cups Elbow Pasta
- 1/2 cup Milk cream
- 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Onion , finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Green Capsicum, chopped
- 1 Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onion green, to garnish
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Method
- To begin with Cheese Masala Macaroni Recipe, first boil the pasta, strain it from water and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Now add garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add onion, ginger and capsicum and sauté until softens.
- Now add tomatoes, salt, pepper and sauté it for another 3 minutes.
- Add milk cream and add boiled pasta to this mixture. Fry it all around 4-5 minutes until pasta completely mix up with the masala.
- Next, turn off the heat , add the cheddar cheese and cover the pan for 2 minutes.
- Serve Macaroni Masala Cheese in a dish bowl and garnish it with green spring onion, tomato ketchup and little more cheese along with some nice warm garlic bread as a comforting meal.
