Styling Tricks for a Magical Living Room

Your living room or family room is the most commonly used room of the house. It should be a center of your relaxation where you can have a all sense of serenity. Are you worrying about a small room to be a living room especially in an apartment or rethinking for going a modern look?  Well, then, these simple tricks may work for you to turn a small space into bigger  & also restyle an ordinary room into a modern conversion. It's not magic; it's just a smart styling. Get ready to Pin all these tips and transform your living room into a comfortable, stylish oasis for you to enjoy.

1) Let the light pour In: If your living room has access to a ton of natural light, don't block it out with dark curtains. Let the light get in to make the space feel more airy and open. Even if you don't have large windows and much of sunlight, choose lighter shades to maximize the light you do have. Semi-sheer shades of curtains may be certainly a good choice.

2) Play with the Lights: Don't be afraid of making a rich statement lights in a small room. A good modern chandelier design make huge difference in the room. In this modest living room contrast your lights and intrigue.

3) Go for a Large Rug: Choosing a larger rug in a bold pattern is a  simple trick to make a room feel bigger. Unlike smaller rugs, the large size doesn't visually break up the floor. This can also help to anchor the space  with a longer traditional sofa.

4) Paint it white: Keep the walls white and  all floors light to brighten up the space and add some colorful furniture like shelves, painting etc. It will create an effective look at the focal point of the room.

5) Rethink your coffee table: Try to use two small tables to take the place of one big coffee table. They're better for people movement and can be easily moved to wherever you may need them. 

6) Float the furniture: Resist a push to all of your furniture up  right against the walls. If you create space behind the furniture, it makes the room look wider than it is. 

7) Swing a chair: It is super fun and seem to be having a design moment right now. More importantly, they can be a space saver in a small living room or family room. You can add seating without taking a floor space.

8) Keep it cozy:  Keep seating close together and intimate, and choose a plush, soft rug, if you're decorating a small family room, where you'll want things to super welcoming and functional.

9) Go for a elegant statement: You do not need a lot of stuff to make your room as an elegant statement. Go for some royal looking stuff  for furnishings like velvet and  for decorative accents ,a mix of luxurious materials like starburst mirrors. Add a touch of nature with an indoor plant.

10) Transform a corner: A small tight corner feel more welcoming with simple decorative  The window is the central focal point to  make a great use of it.

Every room says a story of its own style, so go for a little change this time to create a magical statement in your Living room...after all, "Change is only Constant."
