Boost a Positive Behavior In Children

The children are the future of World & before children go to school, they learn essential skills in their best way like through play, interaction, and discussion. Nursery or kindergarten plays a key role in facilitating opportunities for learning and development. To make sure children grow up to be good adults, encouraging positive behavior in children is very essential for parents. These 7 easy steps can boost a lot of positives in your child.

1. Environment: People around the children are always a powerful teacher. It plays a important role to teach them a human behavior. Apparently, everything you do, your child is looking up to you. In fact, the more harmonious, realistic and positive aura you will maintain in the house, your child will build the same mental impression and is likely to grow out of that images.

2. Attentive Listening: Listen to your children attentively and without judging. Listening is a powerful tool that makes your child feel that he also belongs to you. By being this with them you boost the confidence for what they need like apprehension, anxiety, confidence issues if any.

3.Keep Your Word: Children understand simple logic of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. It’s only adults who complicate it with a ‘Maybe. If you have committed them something in lieu of completing homework for the week, stick to your word. This way they learn the discipline of commitments and at the same time trust you for what you say.

4. Be Cautious: Go on an extra mile with your belongings if you do not want  your children to reach them. After all, they are kids and curiosity may be expected from them at any time, at this age. If they use any of your valuable as a playing tool, do not scold them. It may arise negative feelings in your child and he or she may want to grab that particular thing again and again.

5. Learn To Say ‘No’: Being a mother, I know, It is very difficult to say ‘No’, but it is better to change a stubborn behavior now than later. Do not agree to everything. Let your child know that it is important to respect the ground rules and that he or she has to gain permission for doing certain things.

6. Avoid Preaching: Be gentle with children while narrating them about what should be done and what not. Sometimes, over-preaching may have opposite effects! Let them learn to make their own decisions. It will help them in being responsible for their own actions and become independent fast.

7. Don't Tag: Tagging kids for misbehaving, less intelligent or any sort of labels builds up negative emotions. It discourage & hamper their self confidence. If you want them to teach something better, share its benefits in a gentle way without pressurizing them. Boosting their self esteem will always bring out the best out in them.

Cheers to all parents who put their "Heart & Soul" for their children. You are the one who are making a better world for tomorrow.

Making the Leap: Switching from Job to Business in Germany

Making the Leap:  Switching from Job to Business in Germany Making the leap from a stable job to running your own business in Germany is exciting — and a little daunting. Beyond the new freedom and responsibility, there are practical, legal, and financial changes that can surprise even the most prepared founders.  A few years ago, I made the big leap — I left my full-time job and started my own business in Germany.  Since then, I’ve not only learned a lot through my own journey but have also had the privilege of supporting many individuals as they launched their own startups. One thing I always tell my clients is this: discipline is the main thing that drives success .  Yes, strategy, networking, and creativity matter — but without consistent daily effort, it’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed. Discipline keeps you moving forward, even when things are uncertain or slow. In my experience, the entrepreneurs who stick to their routines, prioritize their goals, a...

From Paying Rent to Building Roots: The Erlangen Family Dream

Why Families in Erlangen Should Buy a Home Instead of Paying High  As I closed the deal on another house, I came across a fascinating client journey. This client had been living in Erlangen for the past 13 years and finally decided it was time to buy a property. His experiences, struggles, and learnings inspired me to share why owning a piece of the place you’ve called home for years can be so meaningful. PC: Kathi If you’ve ever spent a sunny afternoon strolling through the Schlossgarten , enjoyed ice cream by the Regnitz , or watched your kids play under the chestnut trees of Bürgermeistersteg , you know — Erlangen isn’t just a city, it’s a feeling. It’s that special mix of Bavarian charm and modern innovation that makes people fall in love and want to stay forever . But for many families, rising rents make that dream harder to hold onto. So instead of pouring more money into rent, maybe it’s time to think differently — to build something lasting right here in the city you alr...

Remodeling: No bliss in Ignorance  So, you've found your dream property in Germany and are ready to take the next steps to bring your vision to life—exciting times ahead! First of all, Congratulations! Finalizing a property purchase in Germany is no small feat. Anyone who has gone through the process can certainly relate—the tight appointment schedules, endless questions about the property, language barriers, and navigating the complex buying process, including reading through countless contracts and insurance policies, can be overwhelming. From what I’ve seen and heard, the real journey doesn’t start with buying the property—it begins the moment you have the keys in your hands. Yes, I’m talking about transforming a pre-owned property into a space that truly reflects your vision and personality. A wise person once said that we learn more from our mistakes than from our victories. This couldn’t be more true when it comes to renovations in Germany. Relying solely on others' st...
